HP has figured out that netbooks are really like smartphones but with larger screens and keyboards and therefore would like to offer it a very low price to customers if they purchase a wireless contract. Basically, that’s how cellphone carriers make their money and the business model seems to be working wonders for them.

But how will that play out with the netbook market? The Wall Street Journal investigates: H-P Mulls Service Bundles for Netbooks (Paid access).
