Acer Aspire one netbook looks poised to stay king of the ultraportable laptop king with a piece of news reporting that Acer netbooks is now being sold at the discount giant, Walmart for only $419.00. Walmart has one of the biggest distribution systems in the world and if they’re going to stock a product, it is going to sell plenty to price conscious shoppers.

Netbooks are positioned as cheap laptops so naturally Walmart and other discounters are going to start selling them. It’s a good deal for Acer as the more Aspire Ones are sold, the cheaper they will get and the more popular they will get in return and so on. Eventually, the Acer Aspire one netbook can be king with the mere fact that most people tend to buy a best selling/cheap item.
