Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) won’t compete against rival Intel Corp. (INTC) in supplying chips for the emerging market of lower- priced, Internet-focused netbooks - and AMD is just fine with that. - AMD Ignores Low-End Netbook Market To Focus On Notebooks

Well let’s hope that this is a wise move. Fine the market may not be lucrative but if it represents the future, AMD may find itself left in the cold.
